Worst place to live in Tallahassee. I have had several leaks over the past couple months and constantly come back from breaks to have my things ruined from new leaks. Always something new, and nothing is ever fixed correctly. Our flooring is lifted from water leaks and the manager told my roommate she would not replace it. Definitely mold growing under from the leaks. I should not have to prepare for the rain in my own apartment indoors... Would not recommend living here.
Everyone in the office is eager to help and so friendly! The maintenance team has been wonderful as well and are proactive. I've loved living here!
Great place to live! All of the apartments are very nice The office staff and the maintenance staff are all extremely helpful too which surprised me compared to other places I've lived in Tallahassee. Maintenance always comes to fix things right away, which I appreciate. I would live here again in a heartbeat if I wasn't graduating in the spring.
The District is horrible about maintenance. Leak from shower in to kitchen for over a week. Three plus phone calls and nothing!!! Horrible from move in day.
