My project was extremely frustrating. It started in March when I had 3 days to change my mind upon signing a contract and paying a down payment for a job that was going to be done, "sometime in the next few months we will start". Before you know it, I am contacted by someone else saying they are taking over and needed to meet again and ask all the same questions that had already been asked. Ben Ramsey was very good about communicating with us, which is often missing when working with contractors. He let us know when the crew planned to be on site, if there were any scheduling issues around weather, etc. He made sure that we saw and blessed the work in process rather than waiting until the end. The whole experience was easy and professional. He obviously cared about getting the job done to our satisfaction.
