I am an Active Duty Army Veteran. 91C C 3-13 who exited service only 6 years ago.. Maintenance entered my apartment to fix my A/C without notification which was also after hours just after I left on November 13th at approximately 6:35pm, in which he also used my white face towel to clean a dusty and moldy a/c unit, and used my personal new vacuum cleaner. College View Apartments in Batesville, Arkansas 72501, is an older apartment complex..., with a repeated history of owners selling/buying the complex and bilking out every Federal Dollar/Tax Break they can, only to repeat the process by selling it to the next buyer..., without ever investing back into the facility...,a 'Cash Cow', with a progressive decline... Not good for the renters or the community....
