My daughter moved into this apartment two years ago, and it has been a great experience. The office staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is also outstanding—whenever there’s an issue, they respond right away and take care of it promptly. While the building is older, the one-bedroom apartment my daughter stays in is very comfortable. The place was nasty and disgusting. Everything about the apartment was awful. It was loud from people parking in the bank and behind the liquor store partying at nights. I normally do not leave reviews but this place was terrible. Do not leave your children here.
Do not rent from this apartment complex! If you get placed in the M building you will have people show up around your apartment and blast music till 4am every weekend. The apartment does nothing about this and the police only show up half the time. This will happen every Friday, Saturday and sometimes Sundays. Also holidays there is not exceptions usually this happened in Easter weekend as well.
