The Manager is extremely rude. I would not recommend living in a place that has a manager with such a nasty attitude.
Showed up most of the furniture in apartment being broken, put in maintenance request 2 months ago. No one has came . Been asking front desk for weeks keep getting run around answers. Finally speak to the assistant manager who tells me the same things I’ve been hearing and that I need to just keep waiting . I told him that was not acceptable as I pay 1200+ a month to live here and would like my fridge to work + a couch that’s not torn to shreds. Maintenance team came to fix water, leakage issues and helped with other simple requests. Dylan was absolutely superb completely kind, and speedy quick. He knew what he was doing, and was very accommodating by answering any of my questions.
I submitted a maintenance request over a month ago to have my closet light fixture replaced. The first technician who visited informed me that a new part would be ordered, but there was no follow-up or resolution. This past Saturday night, I submitted multiple maintenance requests, and by Monday afternoon, Dylan and Elvin arrived to address all the issues I had reported.
