I strongly advise against renting in this property. Their lack of professionalism is evident, as they display blatant disrespect towards individuals based on their gender and age. Discriminatory behavior in this day and age is utterly unacceptable. It is being reported.

I live in Collegetown currently and have for the past 3 years. Maintenance has always been amazing and I love living here. However, there are major issues with management and leasing office staff. In simple terms they’re just rude. I haven’t had a pleasant experience with anyone downstairs. No one is personable and easy to talk to. A lot of other residents feel the same way. It’s unfortunate.
I live here currently and the red head receptionist downstairs in the leasing office is overly rude. Always doing her homework and can't crack a smile for anything. Just went down to the leasing office to ask a question and she was not helpful whatsoever. I would recommend she gets a lesson in customer service before continuing.
Great apartment, great location, but total con artists that will steal your deposit. The manager Danielle is impossible to deal with and really has no regard for tenants concerns. She spent an entire year avoiding my calls
