Staff are easy to talk to when you need help and guidance with what service to get. They talk you through process as well.
Controversial opinion, happened a few months ago: Be careful with what they quote you and make sure to check before receiving the service. I’m currently a student, and they charged me for a dental cleaning that they never actually did. Didn’t have a great experience with one of the dentists, so I switched to another clinic closer to my place; and honestly, it was so much better in comparison.

Recently, I received a dental hygiene treatment, and it turned out to be a really positive experience. Both the receptionist and hygienist were friendly and gentle. The hygienist explained what she was doing at each step and checked in to make sure I was okay. I appreciated how careful and thorough she was. Overall, I was happy with the care I received. College Street Dental is highly recommended if you have any dental needs.
The staff was very helpful when discussing my dental plans and insurance.
