Especially receptionists are very helpful and nice! They are always the nicest both on the phone and in person. This time they helped me about my insurance claim. Also hygienists are nice too. I always have good experience in College street dental and would love to go back.

This happened before the pandemic, but I feel it’s necessary to share the traumatic experience, because this dental clinic started my fear of visiting dentists. A Chinese female dentist examined my teeth and said that my teeth must need the root canal and it looked very bad that she couldn’t believe I came to the dentist so late. She said it was surprising that I could endure the pain and my insurance is impossible to cover the fees of root canal.
