I’ve lived in my townhouse managed by College Property Management for almost 11 years now, and overall my experience has been very good. The staff has always been understanding and helpful whenever I’ve reached out, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and patience they’ve shown over the years. The ladies in the office and CPM are very nice. However, I would avoid certain landlords/owners at all costs! One of those is Redhawks Properties, specifically Robyn Meeker at 12-14 N. Elm St. She does not care for her tenants, will take you for all you're worth, and is not a great person to work with overall. She tends to make up stories about certain situations, contradicting CPM and what is actually happening. She is also impossible to get ahold of and very unprofessional.
I never write negative reviews but when your child gets hurt and when you raised him differently, I just had to. Don’t expect a deposit back or look forward receiving money to put toward your education or even food! The office people working behind the desks seem nice, but the landlords that are usually the face of the company are very rude and only out to make a buck!
