Doesn't handle complaints properly, amenities down for a ridiculously long time (6 months to almost year if not longer while I was there), employee came into my bedroom unannounced with no warning as I was asleep and in my underwear, didn't get my security deposit back. Be careful out here.
The maintenance and office teams here are unmatched. Anytime I've had an issue, the maintenance team is quick to respond and very helpful. The manager is fantastic—always approachable, kind, and willing to help no matter the time of day. Living here has been a great experience because of them.
If i could give zero stars i would. The management here is absolutely terrible. They gave me a move in day back in February and called me literally the day before i was supposed to move in saying they gave my apartment away after i had already loaded up my uhaul and was ready to move in . Its been months and ive called they ignore my calls so i email and they always say someone will contact me shortly and then nobody ever does. Internet never works and the on-site laundromat has been broken for almost six months when they said it would be fixed within a week. All this while constantly raising rent. Paying more to have less, shameful. Better off at the cove or anywhere else that has more respect for its residents.
4 people live in this small place. 1 out of 4 of the roommate stay in the kitchen 8 hours a day hogging up all the space and be in the kitchen 54 hours a week never leaving the house. Every time the fat boy in the kitchen he slams the cabinet like a 2 year old kid.
