The College Pointe staff is amazing. Maintenance is always on time with fixing problems within the apartments, the office workers are always upbeat, friendly, and gives outstanding assistance to the residents. My favorite thing about College Pointe Apartments is that they have different events through out the semesters such as cookouts, bon fires, and give aways. You can really connect with the residents and create a trustworthy bond with the staff!
Probably the worst property that I've been on that belongs to Kenney properties. Terrible roach problems in most apartments that we worked in. Just a nasty property over all.
