Toured this building and their other property with Chris and Damon. They were incredibly kind and professional. I brought along my mother and baby sister and they handled the probing questions from my mom and my sister's 5 year old energy in stride. Chris was incredibly informative. His knowledge of the properties and of what renters are looking to hear was impressive. If I could give them a 0 star I would. They changed up previous plan about payment when I showed up to actually sign the lease. They false advertised a studio as one bedroom. Just absolutely awful people and management!

Although it is close to school and train station, the management was very mean and looked for slightest opportunity not to pay back the full refund of security deposit . Deposit was not fully paid back, furniture that was agreed upon to be moved when the rent is due were thrown out before the rent expiration date. Not a good experience given that these were all discussed with the property manager and agreed upon before vacating the property with two weeks of rent expiration date.

Walking distance to school and public transportation and food.Good low pricing in the area. New management and maintenance staff has been very helpful and a improvement over the last 9 months.
