The place looks so nice and fun when you go there. It will turn into a nightmare with the manager. They over rent rooms so you'll have to upgrade, which means more money. You will be charged for everything when you move out. They say anything in the common areas(pet) you all are charged, not the person who has the pet. Even the renter who had the pet pays more to keep the animal there, the remaining roommates are also charged.
