My girlfriend was in an accident, and her car was towed here. My dad and I came to pick it up, and we were met with nothing but attitude. For customer service, we got the poorest demeanor from the front desk. Would NOT recommend this place for anyone..you can be as respectful as possible, but get treated as a liar, thief, criminal to say the least..honest people deserve honest treatment, let’s be honest. Wish I could leave zero stars on this review..Have a blessed day everyone, Happy Holidays.
What an experience, from the door the lady assured me a bad o2 sensor cannot cause a misfire, so already got me wanting to take my stuff somewhere else. They proceed to keep the van 2 weeks, not calling us back a single time they said they would, at least they had the audacity to be honest the last few calls and asked us to call them back. Whole time never fixing our issue and dancing around the o2 sensor code it was throwing. Thank you for showing me where NOT to go. Best wishes.
