Cheap but roaches

My health declined rapidly living here. Mold that they wouldn’t take care of. Pests. Cockroaches, mice, and ants. Glass and trash outside. Sketchy tenants. I had to clean up a man’s puke outside my door. Constant ambulances and cops. Frequent issues with toilets not flushing, drains not draining, and even piping backing up gross stuff into the tub. The rent is cheap, but there was always problems there with other tenants, police being called. It said no smoking, but many didn't follow that rule. The cigarette smell would travel into your apartment because you share the same heating vents as your neighbors. Winter time is miserable due to poor insulation. Electric heat is very expensive there. I used a space heater most of the time. The land lord was never accomodating to me. They refused to handle the smoking issue. Overall not a great experience.
