Love the apartments and the people but Legend Realestate manages these apartments and I think their current 2.4 star review at the time of writing this really reflects how much they care. Be careful when signing a contract with them as it does not explicitly state that you are not being charged per month but rather 12 monthly payments and therefore your rent will not be prorated for the last moth. For example we moved out on the 14th but still had to pay a full month's rent.

College park apartments are a pretty good deal for the price that you're paying! The apartments are well kept, clean, updated, and spacious for a couple (maybe not so spacious if you have children). Very good prices for a spacious apartment for married housing in provo! I absolutely love my little home. On-site managers are very helpful. This actual apartment is cute and very efficient for a good price as a college student/recent grad/newly married couple; the neighborhood is quiet and lovely; and you are close to a bus stop and Smiths. Despite how low LRE reviews are, College Park is actually a really good place to live, as long as you know your contract well.

As far as apartments in Provo go, College Park is one of the better places to live based on price vs what you get. They have good sized 1 bed/1 bath apartments and are really close to both BYU Ryde and UVX bus stops. They are also close to Smith's and downtown Provo, which is nice. Your experience at College Park may depend on the manager you have because that's who you'll be interacting with most. In the year and a half we lived there, there were 3 managers. We didn't have problems with 2 of them (though they did lose some ... read more
