This complex has been nothing but HORRIBLE. WE have been dealing with a wasp infestation since April. I am reporting new nests 8/1/2020, we previously reported 7/8/2020, and 6/9/2020. When the pest specialist came out he informed us that the crickets and wasps were being caused by lack of cleaning being done by College Park. We have continuously reached out to make management aware of this problem but are met with excuses. As of 8/1/2020 we are still being told two months later that the issue has been dealt with. Parking sucks , security sucks .. Cameras suck .. Keep ur doors locked ur garage close cars locked . Not safe !!!
Beautiful apartment, wonderful grounds in an outstanding neighbourhood. Couldn't have been more pleased
Just moved in late June. We love it so far. Great amenities, friendly staff, the apartments are nice, nice views, good location. We're very happy here :)
