Great customer service, glad to have them as a resource whenever I have questions of guidelines in standard of practise. They do a good job of asserting the law over us chiropractors.

Fascinating results when a complaint of misconduct is reviewed by one's peers. Take the example of Carlan Stants who lied to an insurance company. Here is how the College responded: "In hindsight, a flat-out denial was imprudent because this is the kind of thing that someone might not remember saying, or might say in an attempt to establish rapport with a claimant. However, since the remark and the denial of it are irrelevant to the substance of the reports, the ICRC will take no further action." So it appears that lying is ... read more
