First time calling Lincoln because i just bought a used 2008 MKX, I accidentally called the US 1-800 number and talked with the nicest person ever down in Florida that was super helpful and informative!!! Earlier I had given her my VIN and at the end of our call she made sure to let me now about an airbag inflator recall, the only recall on the VIN that hadn't been serviced yet.
