Absolutely horrible customer service and claims department. Had a great time with the staff that moved me; however when I submitted a claim for the damage they did to my wall, I have had a really disappointing time. Claims department unresponsive, phones go unanswered, emails ignored, changing expectations, national customer service unable to help. Six months since claim filed and no movement. We have used College Hunks many times moving! Today we used them to remove a couple of pieces of furniture and it was great. :) They were on time and very quick, as usual! The Hunks are soooo much more affordable then other companies I've researched and we have never been disappointed. I highly recommend!!
On time, efficient, very professional. Will definitely use for moving furniture again.
I cannot imagine anything less professional or more discourteous than a no-show for an appointment with a two-hour window. Either set a definite time, or show up within the two-hour window! I received both email and text confirmation that the manager would call me 20-30 minutes before arriving. No phone call. No manager. No longer dealing with this unreliable, non dependable, and dishonest company.
They smelled like weed and several items were stolen. Edit: Called and been getting the run around.... weeks later no resolution. Hundreds of dollars worth of items stolen. DO NOT RISK IT!
