office visit feedback I don't intend to make a big deal of it, but the last time I was there, in Jan, I was given a 'pano' x-ray. Somehow the image was lost. I know this was a training issue - and I understand that learning how to use new equipment can be a challenge, but yesterday - after six months - from what I heard, the possibly of 'losing' images if things aren't done exactly right still exists. Jon, we are also truly sorry for loosing this image and do not take exposing patients to radiation lightly. When this issue was happening we spent a lot of time on the phone with technical support. The back and forth between the imaging software and equipment manufacturer was very frustrating, especially as both of them are leaders in the industry. We really appreciate your feedback. We will continue to train and strive to set fail proof systems.
