When you think of going to the dentist for the most part you don’t think its going to be a good day,but that’s not the case here. I had a very pleasant experience it was like going to the grocery store, something you have to do but you don’t dread, l give my time there a 5 star rating. I had my cleaning appointment moved from April to late June due the covid-19 pandemic. I was a little concerned about going through with my appointment considering the risks of someone working on my teeth. When I got there there was a sign to ring a doorbell, a woman then took my temperature, had me sanitize my hands and wait for the hygienist. Everything was professional, safe and respectful. I was very impressed with how this office was coping with the pandemic!
My visit today was the first time I’ve had close contact with anyone other than my wife in three months and I was impressed with all the precautions the staff have in place. I’ve called my family who had misgivings about me going out anyplace even for a dental cleaning and told them how well it was set up.
This was my first visit since the pandemic and I was really impressed how distancing and hygiene was handled. And, I was impressed with the actual dental work too, but that's nothing new. :-)
I had my bi-annual teeth clean. My experience was positive. The customer service was great! The office was clean and extra steps were taken to be safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you College Hill Dental. I would highly recommend them.
College Hill Dental was very accommodating in this difficult time of pandemic. My previous dentist was unable to give me an appointment in a timely manner. College Hill Dental got me in within a month. Caregivers are all very kind and and things went very well.
They were great both the hygienist and the dentist- Dr Paskolov. took time to go over everything with me and used technology to show me things I never saw before of my teeth.
Dr. Paskalev found the need for a root canal, set up the specialist, and finished with d sealing filling this morning. Everything went well and I was given very good care. Very nice support staff too!
Due to the recent and ongoing COVID-19 unpleasantness, I was met at a barely opened front door, slipped Corinna a $20 bill in a secretive manner, and received the prescription toothpaste in exchange. You'd think it was a spy drop/secret documents exchange. And then we both disappeared like ships passing in the night.
