Not a bad place to stay. Experienced multiple trash company switches which made the apartment look tacky and trashy. Staff is pretty nice, there is one lady who like the supervisor or something who constantly has an unprovoked attitude towards residents, besides her, the rest of the staff are friendly and respectful.
College Hill Apartments is a fantastic place to rent! Luke is a fantastic landlord, by far the best that I have ever had, and his staff is incredible as well. Unfortunately, due to existential life circumstances that were extremely traumatic and life-threatening, I only rented there for 8 months out of a 12 month lease, but when I came to Luke on a Friday morning and told him about how my life had essentially fallen apart in a matter of a couple days, he was nothing but calm, collected, extremely empathetic, and understandin... read more
The lofts are great, but the security situation is a major downside. The security guard (older caucasian female) is constantly roaming the hallways, often disturbing residents and crossing privacy boundaries. It creates an uncomfortable living environment, and something should be done about it.
The only redeeming quality of College Hill is now gone. They got rid of their partnership with Cox Internet after less than a year of running the promotion. That was the ONLY perk of living here, and they justified raising rent because of this partnership. Now that it’s gone, there is no hope for this place or the management that runs it. This complex is a mess. There was tons of mold when we moved in, and everything is broken or filthy. If I had kids, I would never let them live here. I've lived at college hill for three years. When Luke came on property the ambiance and appearance changed so greatly. Cyndy is always very pleasant and makes sure to accommodate you in the most ways possible. I've never had a problem getting anything resolved since I've lived here. Luke runs this place like a tight ship with cyndy has his first mate for r sure!!I highly recommended this place for a great place to live.
