DO NOT work for or rent from this complex or any property under Eucalyptus management. I was with them for around 3 months and I could tell how little they do for their tenants by my second weekend on the job. Even if you are professional and respectful in your approach, if you express any issues with ongoing service orders, living conditions, etc. they will fire you. New manger someone who is not rude and doesn't lie
If you are contemplating living in the College Hill Apartments I advise you to refrain from doing so. The staff and owners at College Hill Apartments do not care about the safety or well being of all tenants seeing as they have refused to treat our completely iced over parking lot. They are incredibly unorganized and unprofessional when it comes to the keeping of paperwork. This comes from experience as they lost subleasing paperwork that past and present roommates had signed. Honestly if you’re looking for somewhere to wreck your vehicle in the winter then college hill is the place!!!! They refuse to scoop our sidewalks or parking lots. We have handicapped residents here who are risking their life trying to get in and out of their vehicle. I know multiple people who have fallen and seen many vehicles slide across the lot. I will not be renewing my lease. They only care about themselves not the residents.
