Erica at the rental office is very rude. Every-time she answers the phone she answers like it’s her personal cell. She never puts in the work orders right and laughs while you puts in your work orders.
Service poor
Impressed and surprised by initial tour...don't be fooled. Horrible. Lived here for 4 months, caught mice weekly. NO URGENCY in addressing rodent complaints. Exterminator came at least twice but was no help with prevention/response (only left glue traps, I had to get steel wool etc... myself for obvious holes). Even in-house exterminator only left a large trap and sprayed peppermint. Saw 2 mice the same night he sprayed. Caught 5 mice in one weekend that I wasn't even home (no food being prepared or trash left out). Saw mice... read more
Pretty decent for the price. Quiet neighborhood, mostly friendly neighbors. My only issue I've had here so far is dealing with flooding issues in the basement of the townhouse. But I will say maintenance has been on it whenever I have an issue.
