I only rate it poor to maybe catch someones attention that none of their contact information is working......I don't know if these people are still in service. They sounded like a great deal but the phone number listed (with or without 719) gets me to a Spanish speaking woman with a young son that has no idea what I am talking about. I tried the website link and its takes me to a page that says I am "forbidden". So maybe they have mowed their way successfully to college either way...the number is incorrect.
