Technicians and service manager have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Installed two u joints wrong twice third time took it home put it on the truck didn’t make it 10 km before a cap blew off. Returned to collage ford they told me they were going to do nothing about it and sent me out the door. Too bad I can’t post pictures.
I just had my vehicle in for a scan and it ended up being after hours, they still did I and waited for me. They looked at my code, that was putting my in limp mode cleared it and didn't even charge me! Fantastic people! I'll definitely be back if we need further help.
