I just recently picked up my new 2025 F150 from college Ford Lincoln, and the staff there treated me like royalty. I had a great conversation with Mr. Mouton, the dealer principal. Jennifer, the financial services manager went over all of the options available to me, and Trish took the time to show me how everything inside of the truck worked and invited me back anytime if I have any questions at all. Great overall experience!
Excellent service from Derek, above & beyond! Service department also did great Brandi & Jordan were very helpful and solved the issues.
Fancy waiting room and very nice services, would definitely recommend grabbing a tea and play chess there.
The staff was great to deal with. Called and made an appointment and were ready to accept my vehicle on the day of appointment. Communicated well the details of the repair and price was as they expressed initially. No hidden costs. Happy to get my truck back.
