I lived here from April 2020- Dec 2023. I loved living here and the only reason I moved was because I got married. Junryo ( the owner) is kind, quick with repairs and keeps a close eye on his tenants and property making sure to keep those that don’t belong away from the area. Aside from the walls being thin ( you can hear the neighbors) because it’s an older building, I had no complaints. I felt safe and well taken care of and loved my neighbors. I’ve lived at College Court Apartments for over a year with my wife. This has been the best apartment we’ve ever lived in. The Landlord is incredibly kind, responsive, and takes great care of the premise. I’d like to highlight the quiet setting of these apartments. They are nestled in the woods with fire pits and a community garden. We also made several lasting friendships with other tenants while living here.
