The guys at College City are the most helpful and friendly people, and everyone I've ever spoken with has been super responsive. It is definitely a change from other companies my son has rented through. I highly recommend this rental management group!
THE BEST people to lease from! I always feel safe, anytime I have an issue it’s fixed within the same day, and the space and location doesn’t get any better! Wish I could stay forever!!
Very helpful office staff!
College City Realty has been amazing so far. David and Justin are prompt with responding to any issues and are very reliable. Move in was quick and easy, and they have great maintenance people. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent!
Just moved in a couple weeks ago, Justin is the best always responds so quickly!
