I received a needed reminder call to take the antibiotic a day before the appointment and a reminder call about the appointment the day of the appointment. A call about the antibiotic two days instead of one before the procedure would give more time to get the antibiotic prescription. The receptionist is always cheerful and welcoming. She makes my day! Jeni is very competent, answers my questions and helps me be comfortable for my procedure.
