My husband rented an apartment for our kiddo to be near enough to walk to the Colorado Mesa University. What a mistake! The owner is not professional and the same can be said for the three apartment managers we went through while there. Advertises the apartment as remodeled. They're not. If you need something fixed you better have some patience or it must be bad enough to get their attention. Yes, it's close to the school, but definitely not worth the disrespect and rudeness to be there. We would advise you to look elsewhere... read more
