These are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. From day one, the unit was not clean upon move-in. It was clearly a rushed “landlord special” — paint slapped on everything. The walls are literally gummy, having been painted over so many times. The laundry rooms are completely trashed, covered in graffiti, and poorly maintained. SHE'S lung cancer ZAMN!
DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU IT IS YOUR LAST RESORT! I haven’t received my deposit refund and it’s been over 2 months and during the last 6 months there, they never fixed my leaking roof which grew mold. The property “managers” are never on site and they do not answer calls. They work out of a foster place in downtown Fresno for some reason. Expect no help, bugs, and NO AC in any room except the living room.
