RecommendedMoving from Boston and New Jersey, we had one weekend to look at apartments in New Haven. After looking at a number of places, it was clear that College and Crown was the best place to live here - hands down. Dillon was incredibly helpful to us, showing us around two days in a row as we decided which apartment we wanted to lease! Really excited to live here!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with College and Crown. My husband and I lived in the apartment building for one year and the amenities, employees, and overall living quarters exceeded our expectations. The location could not have been more perfect as it is within walking distance of Yale's campus, the hospital, shops, bars, and restaurants. I moved in when C&C first opened, and it was definitely a building still coming along and ironing out the details. However, since the very beginning, the entire staff and crew have been some of the most fantastic, helpful, and accommodating individuals. Whenever I've had questions or concerns with anything in regards to my apartment or the building, I have been helped right away. I plan to romp on the canine grass frequently. It means a lot that this building took your four-legged friends into consideration when you built it.
None of the people giving 5 star reviews actually live in this building. Do NOT move into this building until you actually see that everything is done. The management has been lying about completion dates since June and continues to do so. If you move in now, what you can look forward to is construction in your hallway on a Saturday morning and dodging falling pieces of ceiling as you exit the building.
