As a United Health Care client, I was given Dr. Colleen Williams Family Dental Care as a provider due to authorization issues and refusal to complete my dental procedures with another Albuquerque Dental Provider, which was the fault of their office procedures and preventing the balance of my $1,000 coverage in 2017. Dr. Williams is an outstanding dentist. She is compassionate and knowledgeable as well as determined to ensure her patients have all of the support and resources to achieve their desired dental results. My family has been coming to Dr. Williams for 10 years. She has assisted us in finding an orthodontist, oral surgeon and periodontist. Her recommendations have all been excellent. Very professional and friendly service
Front desk receptionist needs to have eye contact with patients. Not very interective. They submitted a predetermination for treatment however did not send xrays upon the request of my insurance so my insurance denied it. No follow up call was made to me regarding the predetermination. When I called the insurance, it had been over a month since the insurance requested xrays and received no reaponse from dental office.
