Colleen really focused on everything that I was looking for. I am a young single mom and I was new to the area and she made sure to find a safe neighborhood that was relatively close to my job and my son's daycare but also close to areas where I could go out and enjoy myself on weekends. Colleen did an awesome job helping my wife and I list and sell our home, as well as finding the perfect new home. She was patient, treated us like her child providing recommendations base off factors outside of the price. From the beginning to the end I could not have asked for a better agent.
