Colleen is very professional and super helpful for my two transactions. As a out of state owner, it's more than difficult than people think, we needed a knowledgeable real estate agent but also need someone who's there for you and deliver their promises above and beyond. We contacted Colleen to help us buy our first home. She made everything so easy and based our list on exactly what we were looking for. If we wanted to set an appointment to look at a property she was able to get us there quickly. When we found our home she made the entire process very easy and helped us find a lender (who is equally great).
