Please don’t go to this doctor. I do not recommend this doctor. My postpartum experience was traumatic due to a serious medical error committed by this doctor. She failed to properly clean my uterus after delivery, leaving retained placenta that caused life-threatening bleeding on day 9. I was rushed to the ER by ambulance and required an emergency D&C. I had an appointment with Dr. Bratch today and it was by far the worst doctors appointment I have ever had. She used a very unkind tone, ordered labs but wouldn’t tell me what for, was very combative with questions, did not explain what she was doing when physically examining me, and prescribed me two medications and didn’t tell me what either one of them was only what they were supposed to do. She took no time with me, I came in with a complaint of severe urinary incontinence. She asked absolutely no questions and told me I just need to do Keagle exercises. I ended up having to have a hysterectomy, taking two different medications for urinary symptoms, and I’ve had another procedure to fix my urethra. She might be good at delivering babies, but she is terrible for the older patient
Colleen is not suitable for anyone to be evaluated by… she did my best friend’s pap smear today and she left feeling violated about the whole thing and how the doctor went about it, not explaining anything and just going ahead and doing the thing with no explanation no warning with this being the first and the doctor knowing this and treating her that way is unacceptable do not send anyone you love to her until she is retrained on how to properly handle/treat her patients!!
Dr. Bratsch and company have been fantastic providers. My myriad of health conditions are taken into account with my care. She takes time to discuss what changes can be made and how to safely implement them. She’s very knowledgeable and straight forward while being kind and comforting. She has been more than willing to discuss difficult cases and chronic illness type conditions with regard to how hormones and chronic conditions can be related. I always feel seen and heard while here. Exams are gentle and quick too!
