I have seen Dr. McNally since my first pelvic exam through three healthy baby boys and everything in between! She is hands down the best OBGYN out there!

Dr. McNally and her staff are hands down the BEST. I never expected to be so well taken of during my pregnancy, then my delivery at Jacobs hospital and today at my 6 week follow up. They are thorough and some of the kindest people I have ever met. Stephanie the triage nurse was an angel through everything for me. Today I met her in person for the first time. A true angel. Thank you to all of you! Keep doing what you are doing. Perfection! I wish I could tell every woman in San Diego to go to this office :)
