Worst realtor ever! She’s disrespectful and did nothing to help us sell our home. We sold it all on her own but had to use her name since we didn’t have time to find another useless realtor. She and other realtors like her are the reason the home sales industry is being sued. She deserves zero stars. She told us she was going to use a stager and never did.

Colleen was very well organized and responsive throughout our search, which helped us get the answers we needed quickly and make informed decisions throughout. She's extremely knowledgable about the home-buying process, industry and took the time to really understand our needs.
Colleen and her team were certainly the best choice for selling our home. She knows the current market very well, she marketed our home very effectively and always was most responsive. Our home sold quickly and we were very satisfied!
During the course of selling our house we had an opportunity to speak to a highly respected housing inspector who did an inspection of our house for our buyer. What this inspector said to us is that out of all the realtors he’s come in contact with over the last 20 years there’s only a handful (and he showed us his hand with spread fingers) who he’d recommend to his family or close friends.
