From the first consultation visit to post op visit, I felt cared for and listened to. She gave me many options and was open to hearing which on was best for me. She answered all mine and my husband's questions and was clear and concise with her surgical plan.
Colleen was professional, compassionate and clearly outlined my options, explaining everything in a comprehensive manner that was easy to understand.
I made an appointment to see Dr. Foos almost 2 months ago; showed up there today, 13 minutes before the appointment. Front desk person said "you needed to be here 30 minutes before the appointment to complete this paperwork" - I said "I didn't know that, but a bit over 10 minutes, should be plenty" -- she said "didn't you get it in the mail?" - "no, I didn't get it in the mail" - she finally said "we just need to reschedule you, you needed to be here 30 minutes before the appointment and the provider actually said you need t... read more
I don't think I could have had a worse experience with an OB. Colleen was rude and harsh and has that exact reputation around the office/hospital. Everyone knew who I was talking about without even saying her name when I complained about the care I received after meeting her for the FIRST time. I can't believe she is even practicing with that kind of a reputation and track record with being awful to your patients. Let alone struggling pregnant women!
