RecommendedGreat experience from start to finish. I had a large cover up tattoo done by Big Gus and it looks amazing! From scheduling my appointments with Gus' assistant, to the hours spent sitting for my tattoo, everything was very professional and everybody was very welcoming. All the artists who work at this gallery are top notch, you can't go wrong with having any of them design a killer tattoo for you. The shop is super clean, easy location, great artwork covering the walls and good music playing the entire time.
Big Gus did our first tattoos this weekend at the DC Tattoo Expo. We are blown away by his design and vision of what we wanted. His professionalism and expertise were above and beyond anything we could have asked for, for our first time. The two hour drive, three on way home in a snow storm, was well worth it. Super clean and best artist ever honestly they all good but mike morales is the coolest one there
The shop’s decor is gorgeous. It is a gallery environment with amazing art work everywhere-even in the bathroom. I want one of those cherub skeletons in the reception area! They are my favorites! The staff treat you like family. Then there is Gus. He was even more wonderful than I’d hoped! He was super excited about the piece and put his heart and soul into it. He is a perfectionist and made sure every little detail popped off the skin. This was my first tattoo; and the experience was one I’ll never forget!
Best shop I’ve ever been to, the vibe doesn’t lie if you want to feel comfortable getting a tattoo or even if it’s your first these guys make it feel like you’ve known them forever, & if you ever get a chance to talk to Big Gus he also makes you feel right at home! Big Gus and his staff are good people. Very down to earth. Shop is very cool. Amazing artwork everywhere. Gus did a cover-up tattoo on me and it looks amazing. I flew all the way from Ohio to Cali to specifically get a cover-up from Big Gus and I'm so glad I did

Five star operation. Got an extremely detailed piece by Big Rich, who is incredibly talented as an artist. He made me feel instantly comfortable and the quality of his work speaks for itself. Took my idea and then added some extra elements to produce something that far exceeded my expectations. The shop is very clean and professional. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.
