DO NOT use collection house. Our clients are treated like absolute scum. At first i was hesitant to fully believe the complaints we had received (as there was no rock solid evidence) until a client provided me several recorded calls. The way these people will treat your customers is disgusting. If your thinking about using them, do yourself a favour and re-evaluate how much your organisation values their clients. If the answer is 1< find another collection agency. :)

though I don't owe these people any money, they call constantly looking for someone who hasn't had this number in at leas five years. May they burn forever in hell.

Absolute joke of a company. Why do big companies like AGL use these guys...Tried contacting them here in Adelaide and head office. In Adelaide called waited 45 on hold without taking to one person then hung up called again another 45min. So I call head office thinking because of it being head office someone would at least answer but no been on hold for nearly and hour. I am just waiting to find out have long before the answer.
