Customer service was extremely unprofessional. I was asked from at least a 25-foot distance (while the person was on their cell phone), "Yeah, what do you need?" I was instantly turned off! The place looked unorganized and sloppy, with no place for a customer to sit. My reply, matching the almost yelling tone, was "A/C diagnostic, repair, and recharging of refrigerant."
