What a joke! Answers phone "hello", nothing else. Is this Collateral property management? I ask. "Yep" is the reply....I hung up. If this is who you use to rent your properties, you've made a poor choice. And I'd be very concerned about being a renter with someone so poorly qualified in charge.
HORRIBLE experience with this management company. I spoke with Burt Yardley looking for a rental reference and in his words he said verbatim “This sounds like a you problem, not me problem!” He continued to tell me that he doesn’t give rental references because it’s a waste of his time. He also noted he “Sometimes checks rental references and sometimes doesn’t.” If you are a property owner, this is NOT who you want managing your properties. When you place multiple calls to a company leaving your contact info and requesting a callback to get information on services they advertise and don't get a call back after 3 weeks you deserve one star.
