The first sandwich I had at the cafe was the pesto turkey. It and all the other sandwiches I tried there were delicious, every time I am in Troy and am hungry, I love to stop here.
I had a turkey club, it was amazing! The staff was friendly, we had great conversation, and the music was good. My friend had the tuna melt and loved it. Definitely will come back again, keep up the good work!
Got lunch on Saturday. It was great food, and the staff was excellent. I will be telling all my friends about Collar City Cafe!

Free coffee, top notch local ingredients, clean, friendly staff and it's warm inside. Doesn't get much better than that. He also gave me 3 hot chocolates for the kids for no charge. I purchased a sandwich that he claimed tasted like a whopper lol and it did for sure. Very tasty and as i said, fresh local ingredients made with positive vibes
