Worst place to live. Maintenance sucks. Management is horrible. Don't waste your time or money. Mind as well live out your car!

Too many bad neighbors, tweekers, and loads of feral children running wild damaging personal property with no adult supervision. But if that's what you like, welcome home.
My biggest problem is they don't take care of the pool and hot tub. We were going to grill out and soak in the hot tub today but it stinks, they are both full of dirt and leaves, the hot tub is green again! I'm so mad we have a whole year until our lease is up!
I don't like this building, my apt.or the neighborhood, my stove is 50yrs.old,it wasn't the apt.I wanted,because my bath tub in the master has a big blue stain in it,the rent goes up every month,I wish I had done my homework about this move I would have rented a house instead,I wanted the bottom floor due to health reason's, and now I'm a prisoner in my own home,im very disappointed.
I so love my apartment. .. Maintenance is on point. Staff is great. I miss my Mayra but thats ok is still have Mila (Best Property Manager Ever) been here 8 months now.
