He's professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. I could rest well at nights knowing that my property was in good hands. He was always there to answer my questions in a timely manner. Phillip Griffith has been an exceptional property manager from day one. He’s professional, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond. I live in New York, so I’m completely hands off. I finally am a homeowner because of collaborative touch realty.Special thanks to Mr. Phillip Griffith for being a voice of reason through this process. Mr Griffith walked me through and coached me along when i was ready to give up on the process. We waited on the clear to close from the underwriter for an extra 3 weeks and he was able to assist me with the additional documents they continued to ask for. My husband and I are somewhat new to owning investment property and Phillip has made the process of renting our home almost effortless. He is super organized, professional and on top of his game as others have noted. We feel lucky to have such a dependable property management company and can't recommend Phillip and Collaborative Touch enough!
