For me four words sum it up, "The Search is Over." Dr. Sorrentino is beyond awesome as our the entire staff. I am someone who has neglected receiving dental treatment for many, many years and walked into the office with such trepidation. I actually walked out of the office smiling and, believe it or not, saying what a pleasure it was!
Great service, straight to the point without the pressure sales of cosmetic services.
My visits last year and this year were great-extremely professional and friendly interactions. Both times I explained that my past experiences with other dentists had made me apprehensive/tense. The doctors took time and effort to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free and that meant a lot to me.
I have been going to Dr. Holmes for about 4 years now. I have found him and his staff always to be pleasant and compassionate. They have always taken the time to explain all my options and what they felt was the best solution to my dental needs. I have been very pleased with the results and have gotten several compliments on the dential work I have had done there. Great Job! Thank You.
Dr.Beach wad patient and so nice. The staff was compassionate and super sweet. The facility was clean and well maintained.
Dr Daniel Slabaugh went to great lenghts to resolve a very difficult issue with a tooth that fell out. I had a wedding reception to attend and needed a immediate resolution.
Every one was very nice and helpfull. I could see it was very busy but you couldn't tell by the way the dentist and dental asisitant were helping me and going through every little step with me. Thank you very much
My only issue is was with the credit card charges. There was some confusion on the charges because we were unable to complete the procedure awaiting clearance from my heart doctor. I was charged for same day completion and it hasn't been put back on my debit card and the new amount wasn't charged. This is a problem with the Credit card not your office.
It was a great experience, the staff was super friendly. Dr. Slaybaugh was very friendly and all of the information to make the proper decision for my situation. I would not hesitate to see Dr Slaybaugh and his team for any dental issue.
