I Was there with a lot of pain And every One in their staff made me feel very comfortable.
Very convenient walk in without appointment and available 7 days a week, but get ready to wait more than an hour to be serviced. That's the price.
Let the patient know when making appointment that the wait times can be well over an hour. Then it is up to them to decide if they want to wait. We told the receptionist that we had to be done by a certain time and we were assured we could be in and out within an hour. (When we made the appt) When that was not the case and we had to reschedule to come back the next day the employees treated us like we were being unreasonable and kept telling us that we aren't the only patients and that they see a lot of people. Very pleasant environment. Staff helps to make having a dental emergency less nerve wrecking.
Everyone was very professional from the front tru the back office. The hygienist was very caring, compasionate and had the willingness to make me feel as comfortable as possible.Dr. Holmes was excellent he was honest in trying to give me several options for my future treatment plan. I was very impressed when he offered me a Power Point Presentation with me husband to go over the options and the financial portion of it. Overall I felt welcome.

Everyone was very friendly. The dentist reviewed the options available to me in regards to my situation. He was caring and considerate of my choice. I appreciated being seen so quickly. Thank you.
I guess when you need a dentist in an emergency and you are from out of town you have no real choice about how you are treated. I don't mind a reasonable wait but a quick procedure should be just that......quick.
