My son came in with a trama....his tooth had been knocked out from a baseball...I called the office was hysterical and probably not the nicest person...the entire staff was amazing not only did they calm him down but they made sure I was ok as well. The entire office staff I saw yesterday and today are truly an amazing group of people. I have never experienced that many caring compassionate and understanding people in one company...not one of the staff wasn't helpful..your office has earned a customer for life. It's the cleanest dental office I've ever been to waiting room and restrooms included. The service is outstanding. They made sure I left the office with all my questions answered and a friendly reminder that I may phone them if necessary.
Good quality care provided with very knowledgable staff. Fully explained procedure and outcome. Very nice people. I was there for an issue for which my regular dentist was not available. I would consider using this team as my regular dentist but it is a little far out for me from Valrico.
Great experience and was so thankful that I could get emergency dental care on a Saturday.
I have seen Dr Sorrentino several times, he's upbeat, energetic, thorough in his exams, has an incredible bedside manner, and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. coming from somebody who didn't really go to the dentist or take very good care of your teeth I don't hesitate to go in and see him when I have a problem..
I had a horrible experience with the dentist as a child and I am still terrified. I had to have a dental clearance because of a medical issue and the Dental Walk-in Clinic was recommended to me. Rodi & Dr. Sorrentino are both outstanding - not only experts in their field but extremely caring.
My emergency visit to the Dental Walk-In Clinic Center was extremely well performed by Dr. Kayanna Beckmann, (By the way GREAT HANDS and understanding of the treatment needed)and Assistant Lupe was also very professional and caring for the treatment performed on me, in one word, BOTH THE DR. Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. Everything was was explained, and made me feel very comfortable. I will return for routine work.
The whole staff was wonderful!! Within two hours I was diagnosed and treated. I felt no pain at all during extraction of my tooth and the price is was very affordable.
