I was a walk-in on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I had a bit of an emergency. I did have wait an hour, but once I was called back, I was attended to immediately. The staff was courteous and doctors took time to explain diagnosis and next steps.
Even though the wait is long, once they call you back it's worth it. The staff really gives each patient one on one attention and they are quick to answer all of your questions. I was extremely nervous going there, but they quick to put my fears to rest and made me feel very comfortable.
My husband and I have been to The Dental Walk-In Clinic 3 times and each time we were very happy with the office staff and dentists. Dr.Holmes and Dr.Beach were our dentists and were awesome. They were very professional and the charges for the services were reasonable too. I'm glad we found The Dental Walk-In Clinic!
I waited well over an hour and I had an appointment, but I honestly expected to wait. Most dentist offices aren't open on the weekend and I had an emergency and really didn't want to go the whole weekend with my mouth in that condition. Dr. Holmes was very personable and professional. He clearly explained the options for treatment to me and I made an informed decision. I would definitely recommend this office. X-rays and teeth cleaned. Great job...very kind, professional, and friendly employee who is very wise and well informed...we even share many of the same opinions! lol
Was told one thing on phone another once there just a rip off dentist could have seen me before X-ray and said can not used instrument and probed 2teeth with X-ray charged 95 bucks😡
The staff could not be more caring with their personal attention on each and every visit!
So I fell and broke my front tooth in half late on a Friday night! Immediately all I can think about is how am I going to go the whole weekend with my tooth in this condition? I've had one too many bad dentist visits in my time which has made me fearful of going to the dentist routinely. But ever since I started seeing Dr. Slaybaugh that fear has subsided. He is patient, kind, caring. Every quality you could ever ask for in a dentist! The office staff is excellent as well. They will make you feel warm and welcome as soon as you walk in the door.
