Good afternoon. This was my first visit to your dental walk in clinic. I was happy that I called ahead to make an appointment. I will certainly give a five-star rating for all the personnel I dealt with during my visit. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I received excellent answers and thorough explanations about my dental problems. I felt the personnel was very competent in providing me with the service I received.
I went in to have my tooth pulled. I was nervous because the root of my tooth was curved and I wasnt sure if I'd have to see an oral surgeon, but Dr. Goodwin was so helpful from start to finish. She really cares for her patients and provides excellent service. She says the procedure is usually shorter, but i felt like it happened very fast! I did not experience any pain, and was in and out in no time. I'm glad I chose to come here!
I think this Office is the only one open in the Tampa area on the weekend. Im glad I found this place. Came in on a Sunday as a walk in patient. I was given a clipboard and filled out paperwork. I only waited 20ish minutes to be seen. Once in the back, Spoke with the Doctor and staff, filled out and signed a little more paperwork. Spoke a little more with the doctor regarding procedural options. I went to this facility on a Sunday afternoon as I woke up with a severely swollen left Cheek and didn't want to interrupt my regular debtist's weekend..office staff was very courteous and initial paperwork was very thorough. Dr. Beckmann was so kind and broke the news that a root canal was in order. Gave me prescriptions for antibiotics and a pain killer ain't with referral to endodonist. I highly recommend this facility, it is a beautiful office and fully equipped!
